Hossein is Head of Development at Computerome, one of the largest HPC clusters in the EU. He has spent over a decade handling different infrastructure challenges in various areas such as networking, virtualization, and security. He and his team have started to design and implement a virtual and automated HPC infrastructure and an on-premise cloud platform with relevant VMware products. The main focus is to combine the virtual infrastructure with a tailored web interface that allows customers to share their personal sensitive data with researchers in a transparent and trackable manner. Their aim is to allow both data owners and researchers to focus on their jobs without being concerned about infrastructure challenges. The new infrastructure will provide full transparency for data owners and researchers, allowing them to focus on their research without technical concerns.
