Pranay is an engineer working for xLabs under the Advanced Technology Group at VMware. In his own words, he takes immense pride in being the resident generalist. Recently, Pranay helped bring virtual reality to VMware in the form of Workspace ONE XR Hub and is currently working on bringing Kubernetes to the VeloCloud Edge with Project Santa Cruz. Previously, Pranay worked at Shippable (now JFrog Pipelines), where he built the first containerized CI/CD platform. He now claims he can type Docker commands in his sleep! Pranay holds an M.S. in Computer Science from NYU Courant and a B.E. from Manipal Institute of Technology. In his spare time, Pranay loves listening to Nine Inch Nails, driving on mountainside backroads, and watching reruns of Anthony Bourdain's "Parts Unknown."
